I plan on starting a business selling homemade jewelry online, but I need to know if i would need a license (I’m in Florida) and if you have any other tips, that would be helpful.

technically no.
if you plan to make a lifelong business out of this though you should register your business and look up state trading laws for rule, regulations and any applicable taxes and deductions etc.

Nr - u don' t vergt een vergunning om uw online juwelen te verkopen - maar in u verklaar (FL) de verkoop zal vereisen dat u een vergunning van de verkoopbelasting verwerft, zodat u spoor van verkoop moet houden en belastingen, inkomen en verkoop betalen.
