How can I protect my jewelry line without the costs of patenting it?
Island Girl asked:
I designed my own line of jewelry, and I don’t want someone to steal my idea, but I don’t have the money for a patent. Is there anything else I can do to protect my design?

You don’t patent a jewelry design, you copyright it. Bugs Bunny

the only way to protect your idea is to copyright it or patent it both cost money.. i would suggest either getting someone to invest in it or keep in under wraps until you can afford it .. otherwise anyone who sees the design can use it as theyr own Aj
