I have my noes pierced twice. an upper one and lower one. I am having problem finding jewelry that doesn’t

What about the bend to fit ones? You can make those as long as you need them, as long as you leave enough at the end to bend inside your nose. Cayleh J

The proper jewlery for nose is a nose screw or to get a CBR. if they fall out, then they aren’t sized correctly. A reputable piercer should be able to get you in the proper size. luv_my_rats

i don’t know my nose is peirced but only in once,….
I just use a nose stud and thee back of an earring and it doesn’t fall out. -creepy;

check out some of anatometals stuff. highest quality metals, so no worries about that. Could definately use some of their microlabrets with the longer posts. a regular labret would probably be super big inside the nasal cavity.
There are also some pieces of jewelry out there that the gem of the jewelry has a post attached to it that slips inside the tube that goes through the actual skin of the nose. I can’t find them on the web, but your piercer might be able to help you find them. Super easy to change gems/colors etc without having to remove the whole piece of jewelry. Rob K
