Could definately use some of their microlabrets with the longer posts. a regular labret would probably be super big inside the nasal cavity. There are also some pieces of jewelry out there that the gem of the jewelry has a post attached to it that slips inside the tube that goes through the actual skin of the nose. I can't find them on the web, but your piercer might be able to help you find them.
