I’m 16 and I’m very interested in all kinds of jewlery making and I want to sell my stuff in a boutique/store?

jewlery making
madison k. asked:

How do I go about doing this if I live in an expensive city with many nice stores. Am I too young to sell my creations in a store? How many things do I have to have to sell? Are there any places you can think of that would alow me to sell my things that wouldn’t be such an expensive place? Like are there any chain stores that would allow me to sell my pieces?

You might try going into some of these stores and speaking to an owner or a manager or perhaps getting a phone number to a corporate office if it’s a large chain store. Develop a nice professional looking presentation with samples of your jewelry so they take you more seriously. But no matter what… Don’t give up! I’m cheering for ya! abyzmal_wretch28

make the jewelry u want to sell and take pictures of it so you can set up a porfolio. once you have the porfolio take it into small local shops and boutiques and ask for the owner. if the person is interested they may buy the whole collection from u. be sure to keep the actual jewelry with you at all times too. i’d suggest a small bag or case. nothing is tackier than carrying around a huge duffel bag full of unorganized stuff. also be sure to look professional so the person can take u seriously, good luck! theboyslover
