The best place I can think of is at a U-Brew brewing supply store… they generally sell caps in bulk. The best way to make a hole in them would be to use a hammer and a nail. cdndave77

Try your local hard are store or check on line . As for holes. Get an ice pick and hold it to the top and hit it with a hammer. Go from the top as if you do it from the bottom you will have spurs coming out of it Mommiedearest
