Nikki asked: I want to know about like the people that draw up the designs for the jewelry not the people who make it. I wanted to know after you draw up your designs where do you take them? To like a jewelry store? I don’t know, I also wanted to know around how much money you make doing that? Thank you.

I been to artfire.com and that site looks great. The problem is that I don’t want to end up shipping this to an fro across the country and hope the check doesn’t bounce. On craigslist people close by come and pick the stuff up. Then they can pay you in cash and there is no problem. Is there a website like that just for handmade things?

I sell handmade jewelry at:
www.sentimentaljewelrycreations.com
I just started about last year. I sell on Ebay and to friends/family for right now. I would like to expand my line and sell to more places-such as retail chains/stores. I would like to get the word of my jewelry “out there.” How do I begin to get the word out and try to sell to larger stores-and then there are some that get regonized in big magazines like Style or Glamour-I would love to be one of those people !:) ….So where do I begin to “break into the business?”
