madison k. asked: I tried getting in to my jewlery class offered at my high school but I didnt get in? Should I talk to my counselor at school and ask him to change it because its already my junior year and I really love jewlery making and I want to get better at it!

When silver cheap type jewelry gets tarnished and chipped or brown looking and ugly I wonder if there is a way to dip it in something to make it look new again. I remember seeing something like that a while ago but I don’t remember what it is. Obviously real silver can just be polished but it doesn’t work with this other stuff.
