Wanting to start making custom jewlery, how do i get started?

What do i need to get started? i already have a diamond importer that i have bought from before i just want to know what i need to make the metal molds and settings for diamonds. I would highly suggest you start going to tradeshows, they are extremely informative. They are like an all-in-one place to find suppliers, ideas, and tips on starting your business. Once you make a few pieces, you can take them to your local boutiques to see if they would like to carry a few on consignment. You can google “tradeshows for jewelry-making” to find tradeshows through-out the country….good luck! DT
