Semi precious gemstones are natural stones, so they won't feel cheap, and more budget friendly than precious gemstones like diamonds etc. that you already own. They come in all colors. I have a 3 straight up beaded necklaces: onyx (black), amethyst (purple) & blue goldstone (navy). They're easy to match with outfits and sometimes I'll layer and wear all three together to make make my own 'statement' necklace I recently found this site that allows you to design your own necklace. You pick the beads and they make it for you. They have a pretty good range of stones, so should give you an idea of which onbes you might be interested in. Etsy is pretty cool resource too. Def. smart to keep your precious metals and stones away from lab chemicals!
