By your question I don’t think you want “real” jewellery ??
If you visit a hypermarket… Eroski… Carefour… or El Corté Ingles would be a good store. to buy “childrens” beads to make jewllery with. Xabier

You should visit Almacens Pontejos in Plaza de pontejos (Calle Correos, nr. Pta del Sol). This charming craft mercadillo is the biggest in Madrid, and as well as needlework, knitting and dressmaking supplies it has a jewlery making section.
