I like artbeads.com and beadsandcharms.com. Artbeads.com has a quantity discount - the more you buy, the less each one costs, and both sites are fairly reasonable price-wise to begin with. They both ship very quickly, too.
It may not be as cheap as you’re looking for, but trust me when I say (I’ve done this for a while), if you don’t use good materials, no one is going to buy them. junkmail_625
